Creating Art & Sharing Love Since 2009

Days of Future Past

I was just a little girl when I watched "Back to the Future" for the first time, it impressed me so deeply I was sure men would find a way of truly create a time travel machine someday. Well, many years have passed by and since we still can't go back to the past or forward to the future* (or we haven't evolve to mutantes powerful enough to endure such trip - as Wolverine in superhero's 2014 "Days of Future Past" movie), we're constantly finding ways to revive the glorious old days.

The fashion world always knew how to do that in great style, as tributes to late designers or revisiting great past collections (PFW AW23 collections are all about that), and in the last couple of years, vintage fashion is also having a serious moment on the red carpet, as celebrities show up in pre-loved iconic looks.

Hollywood A-listers such as Zendaya and Bella Hadid are making archival fashion a trend and a statement - with so many other and new clothing to wear, when they wear these very rare and exclusive archive looks, besides the importance of sustainable and second hand fashion, they are proving that a well-cut design can stand the test of time and look modern no matter the year we're in.

Talking about Zendaya's red carpet choices is old news here, we're big fans and are always waiting to see what she's wearing next. After a short break from the spotlight she just got back to the 2023 awards season with a fresh new hair style and the same impeccable looks. See below, some of our favorite past and present fashion moments.
