Waiting the time to see another room for rent - the 4th of the day. I'm tired.. I've been walking around Brooklyn the whole day (since 11:00 a.m.).
The first 2 I visit weren't so bad. The guy (a real state agent) who showed them to me was really nice and kind.. Even gave me some architects contacts to help me find a job. But the rooms were too expensive for me. And the area wasn't so good, I mean it was far from Manhattan and didn't offer many services as markets or a pharmacy near by.
The 3rd one was in a house that reminds me of the Manor House's residences that I used to live in London. 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a lot of students living together.. Maybe 5 years ago I'd accept that.. But now.. I need some peace.. Haha..
Also, too expensive and in a double room (which I was going to share with my Brazilian friend who's coming back here).
Well, I was just about to get desperate when some good news popped in! If I don't like this next one either, I'll have another one to see tomorrow. Got a message from another friend (also Brazilian) saying that they have an empty room in the house where he lives and he wants to know if I want to go check it out.. Of course I want.. Thank you very much!
Anyway, today (26/07) is Mick Jagger birthday!
Talking about it.. I miss my baby.. Does anyone know where I can find my baby?
