Mas espera aí, todo mundo vestindo roupa preta? O que foi isso? Calma, eu explico.. ou melhor, deixo a Vogue explicar:

"(...) Earlier this month, some of Hollywood’s most powerful women unveiled Time’s Up, an action plan that takes aim at sexual harassment and the industry’s systemic power imbalances. The initiative rolled out at tonight’s awards show in bold fashion, with many attendees choosing to wear black evening dresses and Time’s Up pins in solidarity with the movement.

Several other actions have been outlined by the organization, including the establishment of a legal fund that will “subsidize legal support for individuals who have experienced sexual harassment or related retaliation in the workplace.” Time’s Up supporters include Reese Witherspoon, Mary J. Blige, Eva Longoria, and Allison Janney, among others.

“This is a moment of solidarity, not a fashion moment,” Longoria said. “For years, we’ve sold these awards shows as women, with our gowns and colors and our beautiful faces and our glamour,” she said, adding, “This time, the industry can’t expect us to go up and twirl around. That’s not what this moment is about.”"
