I once read somewhere "when we travel, magical things can happen" and now I can tell you.. yes it's truth, anything can happen - even meet an actor you really admires!
I stayed almost a whole week passing by Regent street and Oxford Circus st. and even passed by Noel st. to go at Liberty's store, just walking you know.. looking more at the Architecture of the buildings around me than the Fashion of the windows.
It was only on Saturday when - arriving home early because of the very cold weather - watching the Graham show I saw that Sylvester Stallone was in London to promote his new movie with Robert De Niro "Grundge Match" and thought .. If Stallone is here, I can see him! So I googled "Stallone in London" and it appeared: "an evening with Sylvester Stallone" today (January 11)! 7:30pm and it was already 5pm!
OMG! And guess where it would be? At a theater in the middle of the streets I spent the whole week passing by! As if something was drawing me there, wanting to tell me.. well.. you know...
So I run out , in the best Gonna fly now style and made it there just in time to buy one of the last entry ticket... yes there was just 2 more seats available.. phew!
By the way, another catch phrase fits here "when something has to happen, all the universe conspires to make it happen"!
I don't know if it was luck, fate or coincidence, I just know that I met Sly ... the actor, director and writer that inspired me and still inspires me so much with the moral lessons of Rocky Balboa ..
It was unexpected, exciting, magical. A night to be remembered. ♥

pensei.. Se o Stallone está aqui, eu posso encontra-lo!
Procurei
no google "Stallone in London" e achei: "an evening with Sylvester
Stallone" hoje (11 de janeiro)!! As 19:30h sendo que já eram 17h!
E logo no teatro entre as ruas que passei a semana toda! Como se alguma coisa estivesse me atraindo, querendo me avisar.. rsrs...
Sai
de casa correndo, no melhor estilo "gonna fly now" e consegui chegar a
tempo de comprar o penúltimo ingresso... Isso mesmo, so tinham mais 2
lugares disponiveis..
Aliás, outra frase de impacto (?!) se encaicha aqui "quando uma coisa tem que acontecer, o universo todo conspira para que aconteça".
Não
sei se foi sorte, destino ou coincidência, só sei que eu consegui
realizar meu sonho de conhecer Sly... Que me inspirou e ainda me inspira
tanto com as lições de moral do Rocky Balboa..
Foi inesperado, emocionante, mágico. Uma noite para ser lembrada. ♥
